Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a no-cost return with proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lstockly@bumblebls.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
B-Pulse 1-Year Warranty
B-Pulse Bilateral Stimulation Tools include a 1-year warranty. A small portion of all electronic devices are expected to be defective. This is unfortunately unavoidable even with high quality construction. If your B-Pulse does not function properly after normal use, please email lstockly@bumblebls.com within one year of the purchase date to determine whether you are eligible for warranty service. The warranty may not cover accidental damage; damage incurred by unauthorized repair or disassembly; or damage due to excessive wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at lstockly@bumblebls.com if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved your original payment method will receive an automatic refund. Please remember that it can take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process funds.
